aaNet is an Australian owned, national Internet service provider, run by a young, innovative, close-knit team of Internet specialists. Our core values are simplicity, efficiency and innovation, and we apply these values to every level of our internet service. We believe everyone should have access to high speed broadband, so we focus our service on providing high speed, affordable broadband available to all.
What do we do?
We offer ADSL1 and ADSL2+ broadband services which are delivered via your telephone line directly to your home. Your ADSL broadband connection is always ‘switched on’ so you won’t waste time dialing a connection, and your normal fixed line telephone won’t be affected, so you can make and receive telephone calls or faxes as normal. ADSL broadband is fast and reliable; our service will empower you to access the Internet how you want, when you want, without the hassle.
We also offer Taalk, our fixed line home telephone service. Taalk is available for a fixed monthly line rental fee, with competitive call rates for local, national and international calls. You can make substantial savings on your broadband connection if you bundle your home phone service with your ADSL broadband connection. (more info)

Our online forum offers another level of support, where you can discuss any questions you have and receive advice from aaNet staff and customers. Your aaNet members section is full of customer friendly features like our usage meter, and works on the principle that you should have full control over your service.

We have developed our plan features to deliver a simple, efficient and reliable broadband service to you. Our features are designed to be transparent, so you can understand their true value to you as an individual.
Your aaNet plan has a static IP address, a permanent address for your computer online. A static address is particularly beneficial if you want to run your own services via your broadband connection (more info).
Your plan is assigned 15 free email accounts, each with 100MB of storage.
Ever wanted your own website? Now you can with aaNet’s free web space. Every aaNet ASDL plan comes with 60MB of free web space which you can set up via your members section, and consult our forum for any pointers.
